Her expertise in operations and compliance is complemented by a personal connection to the disability sector, inspired by a family member with a disability. This combination of professional skill and personal passion drives Lesley’s commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support for clients. Inspired by a connection with the company’s director, Annette, Lesley shifted her career to disability care to align her operational skills with her values.
