Her responsibilities include advertising vacant roles, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new staff. She also manages staff online training modules to ensure compliance and skill development.

In her care coordination role, Tanya provides support to clients by managing service agreements, responding to enquiries, and sending out weekly rosters, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

With over six years of experience in recruitment across multiple industries, including 2.5 years in disability, aged care, and allied health, Tanya brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her diverse background ensures she can connect with individuals from all walks of life, making her a trusted partner in both staff recruitment and client care.

Tanya’s career journey has been one of adaptability and growth. Having worked in the Beauty Industry for over 10 years and in banking for seven years, her foundation in customer service laid the groundwork for her transition into recruitment. She found joy in helping people take the next step in their careers, which inspired her move into the disability and community care sector.
